• Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, we offer rush jobs if needed. Please contact us for any additional fees. Rush jobs are considered jobs needed produced within three days or less of order placement.

• What is your average turn-around time?
Standard turnaround time is 1-5 business days depending on your order quantity and artwork quality.

• How long have you been in business?
BandPrints has been in business since 2002. Providing services to clients world wide with our amazing quality, turnaround, prices, and customer service. BandPrint's head printers have over 75 years of experience.

• Do you offer specials and discounts?
Yes, please check the 'Specials' page of the web site for our monthly specials. As for discounts we do offer quantity discounts for larger purchases starting at 50 pieces.

• Can you sponsor my band or clothing line?
We do sponsor many bands and clothing lines! If you wish to join the sponsored team please send your band or clothing line resume to info@bandprints.com.

• How do I know what my product will look like before it is produced?
BandPrints will create a jpg image of your design on the product. Also known as a"mock-up" before production for your approval.

• Can I split an apparel order into 50 garments of one design and 50 garments into a second design and still receive the 100 quantity pricing?
No, quantity breakdowns are per design.

•Can I use multiple garment colors in my order while using the same design?
Yes, you may use as many different shirt colors in your job as you would like without any extra fees! Please call us at (540) 822-4209 to acquire this in your order.

• Can I mix multiple apparel products in an order and still receive the quantity pricing based on total quantity?
Yes, please contact us in regards to this, exceptions apply.

• Can I order from BandPrints if I live outside of the US?
BandPrints accepts orders from all over the world! Please contact us if you have any questions.

• What size should my apparel graphic be sent at?
Please try and send your graphic in the size you wish for it to be produced on the product. For example, if you want your design printed at 10" in width please send the design at 10" in width. If this is not possible we would be more then happy to resize it for you.

• What are your artwork requirements?
We can work with anything you have including jpgs! The best print quality comes from a vector based file (.eps or .ai) preferably or a 300 DPI psd. If you are sending a one color design you may send it as a vector based file, tiff, or a 300 DPI psd.

• Can my design be in a location other than the front or back of the product (i.e.. side, top of hood, etc.)?
Yes, your design can be printed on just about every part of a garment. Some exceptions apply, please feel free to ask us if you have a print location in question.

• What payment options do you accept?
BandPrints accepts all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, money orders, Google Checkout and PayPal.

• What shipping options do you offer?
BandPrints can ship products Overnight, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select, Standard Ground, Saturday Select, or any other option you may need. Just let us know!

• Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, we will keep you up to date with the current status of your order!
